  1. Hi Alexey Smirnov,

Thanks you for all tips you wrote here. My name is Leonardo and I work with IT infrastructure. The company that i work for bought a Cisco Telepresence solution. We have SX20 Codecs, TCS, VCS Control, VCS Expressway and TMS to manage everything.

We dont have wooza server and i need to stream live videos for internet using my site. I cannot use the TCS web interface outsite the network. Only internal clients can acess this TCS web interface.

Do you have any open source solution that do it for me without using wooza server?

Thanks for help if u can.

    • Hello Leonardo,
If you don’t want to give access to TCS to outside users you may set up HTTP proxy using nginx. As TCS web interface uses bacis auth this link might be helpful http://serverfault.com/questions/230749/how-to-use-nginx-to-proxy-to-a-host-requiring-authentication. Also you can set up the scheme from my posts with wowza and nginx as there is a trial license for Wowza. I’m not sure if it’s time limited (probably not) but it limit a number of connections (up to 4) so using nginx with rtmp module is essential here (with trial wowza licencse you may use up to 4 nginx retranslators with rtmp module). Unfortunately I don’t know any other open source solution.
